On Friday 14 October, 2022 the Pink Breakfast was held at the Esplanade Hotel in Port Hedland to support the Hedland Well Women’s Centre. The event aimed to raised funds to support local Pilbara women and their families that have experienced or are currently living with cancer.
As a Gold Sponsor of the event, Thriving Futures joined a variety of local businesses and individuals who wanted to make a difference to such an amazing cause. Our Community Engagement Officer Yani Lynch recently met with Karen Cooper from the Well Women’s Centre to receive a commemorative plaque from the event – which raised a huge $87,000!
