Since the launch of the Thriving Futures program in 2020, our team has been exploring ways to capture the interest of community members and showcase the value of a career in Early Childhood Education and Care. With overwhelming interest, we found a need to fast track educator’s qualification process through guided learning opportunities.
Thriving Futures is proud to present the NEW Accredited Academy. Thriving Futures will guide candidates through 5 accredited learning units recognised by registered training organisations in Australia.
As a Thriving Futures candidate, you can:
- Shorten your early years qualification with 5 free learning units
- Establish a supportive learning environment with frequent one-on-one mentorship
- Gain real skill application through Thriving Futures Pilbara work placement scheme
- Explore potential future employment at a participating Thriving Futures Early Learning Centre in the Pilbara
This program is free for members of the community wishing to become a Thriving Futures applicant and aims to upskill the workforce to ensure job readiness in our affiliated centers. Upon successful completion, learning is recognised, and candidates are able to complete their final qualification in a shorter amount of time.

We believe this initiative will provide further incentive for interested candidates and ensure they are guided step by step through learning opportunities available. Here at Thriving Futures, we pride ourselves on personalised learning and mentoring. We believe fostering relationships between educators, mentors, childcare centers, and the wider community helps establish a positive and empowering learning environment for our candidates.
In improving business practices, workplace relationships and the stability of the Early Childhood Education workforce through the Accredited Academy, we aim to increase the number of qualified early educators in the Pilbara region. Thriving Futures is eager to hear from community members looking to enter the workforce, or already qualified candidates seeking employment to further explore Early Childhood Education and Care career pathways.
